Miso HungryTeriyaki Bowl: Flavorful Hibachi, Fresh Sushi & Friendly Fresno Dining

If you want great hibachi food that tastes exactly like the "top" two teppanyaki restaurants here in Fresno but want that fast service then this is the place to go! I have tried different hibachi restaurants in Fresno and this restaurant by far has the softest and moist chicken I have ever had. The steak was also soft and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was spot on for flavor on all the protein options presented. Great prices, flavorful food, kind staff/owner, and it's very clean. The vibe is great and stress-free to the point where you can bring your whole family, no matter what age. You won't regret it.

Stopped by for lunch with my daughter and it Sooooo good!!! Definitely beats going to an actual teppanyaki restaurant because it’s so expensive !! Food was beyond delicious. Ordered our steak medium rare and it was perfect!!! Spicy crab roll was 10/10 Will definitely be back!! Owners were very friendly and attentive. The smell as soon as you walk in is delightful, you know something good is cooking!!

Very friendly atmosphere absolutely delicious food. Very fresh and everything was so delicious if you like Salmon I Highly recommend the Miso Hungry Roll its out of this world

Amazing restaurant! Clean, well lit and spacious. Customer service was outstanding. Food was delicious and flavorful. Portion sizes were huge. Hot and spicy sauce added a great touch to everything. Can’t forget the Boba, refreshing! Looking forward to returning and trying different menu items.

We have been here about three times since my bf told me about this place about 1 month ago and each time it keeps us wanting to come back for more! The sauce is delicious compliments the food so well but even with no sauce the food is so good and full of flavor. It makes the sauce an added plus for flavor but definitely still so good without it and that’s hard to find at least for myself . Usually I go places just for the sauce and hope their food is decent but here it’s all good. We tried the coconut boba today and even that was delicious! While there we saw someone else order a pink boba that looked just as delicious. They don’t stop impressing us each time we go. We will definitely be regulars here . The staff is also so friendly and welcoming! If you try it you will agree

It’s so delicious!! I’m picky with the hot and spicy sauce and out of all the to go places I’ve tried this place has the best one! Although it is a $1 extra I always get extra sauce. Definitely give this place a try! Service is fast and kind!

Rolled up to Miso Hungry Teriyaki Bowl at Peach & Cesar Chavez and knew right away we were in the right spot — big plates flying out of the kitchen and the owners running the show up front. We grabbed honeydew and coconut boba smoothies (exactly what you want on a hot Fresno day) and a veggie tempura plate stacked with sweet potato, zucchini, broccoli — all crispy and light. The baked mussels with spicy mayo were the move — those didn’t last long at our table. But the showstopper was the Miso Hungry Special — shrimp, chicken, steak all over bacon fried rice. They don’t skimp on portions here — we had leftovers for dinner, which is always a win. The restaurant was super clean and the vibe was friendly and welcoming. Family-run spots like this are what make Fresno food great. We’ll definitely be back.
